Network Infrastructure Deployment
Complete rack-and-stack deployment, switch and router installation, wireless access point cabling, and patch panel termination - engineered for enterprise performance and fully documented for ongoing management.
Complete Network Infrastructure Solutions
A network is only as reliable as its physical layer. The fastest switches and most advanced firewalls cannot compensate for poorly terminated patch panels, incorrectly mounted access points, or undocumented cable runs. The physical infrastructure is the foundation everything else depends on.
Cable Weave Inc. provides full network infrastructure deployment services - from building and populating server racks to terminating patch panels, installing network switches, and mounting and cabling wireless access points. We work directly with your IT team, MSP, or technology vendor to ensure every component is installed to specification, properly labeled, tested, and documented.
Our deployment methodology follows a structured approach: site survey, detailed scope of work, material staging, systematic installation, comprehensive testing, and formal handover with complete documentation. This ensures consistent quality whether we are deploying a single communications room or rolling out infrastructure across dozens of locations.
Infrastructure Deployment Standards
All network infrastructure deployments follow industry best practice and manufacturer installation guidelines for all active equipment. Rack builds include proper grounding, appropriate PDU placement for redundant power feeds, and cable management that maintains bend radius requirements. Every port is labeled, every cable is tested, and every rack is photographed before and after installation.
Infrastructure We Deploy
Rack & Stack
Complete server rack assembly, equipment mounting, PDU installation, and grounding. We build racks to spec with proper weight distribution, ventilation, and cable management from day one.
Patch Panels
Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A patch panel termination with testing on every port, and clean labeling for easy identification.
Active Equipment
Network switch, router, and firewall installation including power connection, console configuration cabling, uplink patching, and integration with existing infrastructure.
Wireless Deployment
Access point site survey, ceiling/wall mounting, PoE cabling, and validation testing. We ensure proper coverage patterns and cable routing for clean, professional installations.
Our 4-Step Process
Site Survey
Walk the space, identify pathways, obstructions, and fire-rated barriers, and confirm drop locations with the end-user - not just the floor plan.
Engineered Design
Drop schedule, rack elevations, pathway routing, TR/IDF layouts, bill of materials, and a drawing set your GC and electrician can build against.
Coordination
Align with electrical, mechanical, ceiling, and drywall trades so cable pulls happen in the right sequence - before ceilings close and after power is safe.
Rough-In
Pull, route, and support cable in open ceilings and walls. All cables bundled, fire-stopped at penetrations, J-hooks or cable tray - never on ceiling tile.
Termination & Dress
Punch down to patch panels and outlets, label clearly, dress racks, and lace cable bundles.
Test & Certify
Every link tested with Fluke DSX. Failures re-terminated or re-pulled until the entire plant passes.
As-Built Hand-Over
Floor plans with outlet IDs, rack elevations, test result PDFs, warranty registration, and a close-out package your IT team can actually use.
